Florida Supreme Court Allows Latest Gerrymandered Congressional Map, Again Ignoring the State Constitution’s Fair Maps Amendment

Florida’s Supreme Court denied an emergency request by a pro-voter group June 10th to pause Governor Ron DeSantis’ congressional redistricting map. The gerrymandered map, likely flipping four liberal-leaning districts conservative, will now likely be in place for the midterm election.
