Oral Arguments Heard by the Wisconsin Supreme Court on Constitutionality of the the State’s Extreme Gerrymandered Maps

After months of campaigning, intrigue, impeachment threats, and partisan hard ball, oral arguments were finally heard November 21st on the constitutionality of extreme gerrymanders in Wisconsin’s state assembly and senate maps.

In Landmark Ruling, Alaska Supreme Court Rules that Gerrymandering is Unconstitutional

The Alaska Supreme Court ruled Friday, April 21st that partisan gerrymandering is unconstitutional, invalidating the 2022 maps drawn from a redistricting commission which had strayed from its constitutional intent to be nonpartisan.

North Carolina Supreme Court Throws Out State Senate Map, Voter ID Law

The recent North Carolina U.S. Supreme Court case, Moore vs. Harper, isn’t the only case making news from the Tar Heel state this month. Friday, two other cases in the North Carolina Supreme Court were decided on gerrymandering and the freedom to vote.
