Nevada Supreme Court Throws Out Citizen Ballot Initiatives on Redistricting, and May Have Damaged Future Direct Democracy Efforts in the Process

The Federal 5th Circuit Backtracks on Louisiana Congressional Maps, Throwing Out New Map Which Gave Black Voters & Candidates a Chance

Montana Supreme Court Throws Out Four Anti-Voter Laws Targeting Native American, Younger, Elderly, and Disabled Voters
