U.S. DOJ Sues MA, CO, HI and NV to Turn Over Voter Registration Files, but Even Red States are Pushing Back

The U.S. Justice Department filed suits December 12th to compel Massachusetts, Colorado, Hawaii and Nevada to turn over voter registration records, including citizenship records and personal data. Delaware, Maryland, New Mexico, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington were sued December 2nd, bringing the total to 18.

A lawyer who had multiple phone calls with President Donald Trump the day of the January 6th insurrection has been appointed by the President to investigate debunked allegations that widespread fraud changed the outcome of the 2020 election.  He has 130 days as a “special government employee” to complete his assignment.

On Truth Social August 18th, President Donald Trump threatened to end the use of mail-in ballots and voting machines in the United States, claiming it was responsible for massive voter fraud.  There is no evidence of widespread fraud from either, and the U.S. Constitution grants states control of the “Times, Places and Manner of holding Elections.”
