Remember the undated mail ballot cases in Pennsylvania? Federal courts mandated the ballots be counted, overriding state law. Sixty-four counties followed the court’s order after the May 17th primary. Three counties did not.

Recently we reported that the Wisconsin Supreme Court revoked use of ballot drop boxes in the state, and several other states have proposed legislation that limit, complicate, or eliminate their use, claiming they were a source of widespread fraud. The Associated Press just reviewed the use of drop boxes in the 2020 election, and didn’t find anything that affected the election.
