In Landmark Ruling, Alaska Supreme Court Rules that Gerrymandering is Unconstitutional

The Alaska Supreme Court ruled Friday, April 21st that partisan gerrymandering is unconstitutional, invalidating the 2022 maps drawn from a redistricting commission which had strayed from its constitutional intent to be nonpartisan.

Fox News Troubles Not Over Yet, With More Potentially Embarrassing Lawsuits Pending

The defamation lawsuit brought by Dominion Election Systems came to a screeching – and expensive – halt Tuesday, as Fox Corporation agreed to pay $787.5 million dollars without having to make an on-air apology.
